Returns

If you are not happy with the item you receive for whatever reason you can return it.

You can return an item up to 28 days from purchase

All goods must come back in the same condition they went out in. ie - with labels and the packaging still intact.

To stop me guessing where it has come from thus delaying your refund please do the follow

1. Let me know by email that you are going to return the item.

2. You are responsible for the payment of the return of the product unless it is faulty

3. It is advised that you send it tracked as you are responsible for the item till it reaches me

4. Send me the tracking number by email so I can keep an eye on its progress

5. Write on the delivery note why it was returned and what you would like to happen.

6. I will refund you as fast as possible but if I do not do it within 24 hours please give me a shout.

7. If you have been paid by PayPal direct your money will get to you straight away

8. If you have paid by Card into PayPal the refund can take up to 5 working days. This is out of my control.
